During your first six months of service with the university, your immediate supervisor will have an opportunity to see how well you like the job and how well you fit into it. You will receive a written evaluation of your job performance after six months of employment. Successful completion of the six month introductory period does not alter the otherwise at-will nature of the employment relationship.
